Clarion Inn & Suites Roswell

The staff were very nice and worked well under pressure. Due to the fires in nearby towns, Roswell became the evacuation location. They also had a convention staying and the hotel was sold out. We weren’t able to get a ground floor room since everyone also requested this due to no elevators, only stairs. Traveling with two persons who have trouble using stairs this wasn’t ideal but not the hotels fault at all. Plus there are literally guests staying there who have or may have lost all their possessions in the fires. I hardly have anything to complain about. I think the staff did a great job and stayed calm when the lines were long at check in. They helped everyone and did it with grace.

Ariah greeted me at check-in. She was kind and professional. I brought my sister for a night stay to get her away from the disaster in Ruidoso where the flood destroyed her home. I received the best customer service from her that I have ever experienced at a hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. My sincerest appreciation and gratitude to you, Ariah. ~Kind people are my kind of people.

Pretty much as advertised, comfy and clean.

The overall appearance was very pleasant. The place was clean, quite and comfortable.

A great location, clean, comfortable with a great continental breakfast 😋
